Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been used or damaged after receipt.
- Items purchased during sales or clearance events.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
3. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and any relevant photos of the product.
- After receiving approval, carefully repackage the item with its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to defective or incorrect items, ANDAXIN TRADING PTE LTD will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [7-10] business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
